Sipchem to pay dividend for H1 2019 on Oct. 16

Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) will pay cash dividend for the H1 2019 on Oct. 16, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record on Oct. 2, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.

 

Last month, Sipchem’s general assembly approved a cash dividend of 6 percent for the first half of 2019, at SAR 0.6 per share, amounting to SAR 439.99 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
