Aljazira REIT announces changing fund’s name, replacing operation manager

Aljazira Capital Co., fund manager of Aljazira Mawten REIT, announced some changes to the fund effective from July 2, 2020.

 

Aljazira Mawten REIT will be rebranded to Aljazira REIT, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.

 

Moreover, Home Real Estate Co., the operation, maintenance, and marketing manager, will be replaced with Star Link Real Estate Co., and its fees will be reduced from 5% to 4% of the annual rental income.
