Al Jouf Cement reelects Mohamed Attia as chairman, appoints vice-chairman

Al Jouf Cement Co.’s board of directors approved on August 6, 2020, the election of Mohamed Said Attia as chairman, and Abdul-Ella Mohamed Kaaki as vice chairman, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board also ratified the appointment of Ahmed Abdel Aziz Al-Jumaa, as the board of directors’ secretary.

 

The company’s representatives were mandated to conduct all procedures related to its system and executive regulations.

 

In addition, the board formed the committees for nomination and remuneration, risk management, and investment.
