Jabal Omar Development names new board member

Jabal Omar Development Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of board member, Abdulrahman Al-Rawaf, effective as of Nov. 23, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The company’s board of directors appointed Ahmed Al-Qoard Membersahtani as a board member starting Nov. 24, 2020, the statement added.

 

Al-Qahtani has a bachelor’s degree in finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
