Riyad Bank appoints new audit committee member

Riyad Bank's board of directors approved the appointment of Abdulaziz Khalid Alfalih as an independent external member of the audit committee, effective today, April 27, 2021, until Oct. 30, 2022.

The appointment is pending the approval of the general assembly, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Alfalih holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
