Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund saw a negotiated deal on its units today, July 6, where 5.04 million units were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 9.18 per unit, for a total of SAR 44.3 million.
The fund saw, on July 5, eight negotiated deals on its units, where 50.1 million units were privately traded for SAR 440.9 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not directly impact market price.
