Wafa Insurance shareholders to vote on financials, audit report on Nov. 23

Shareholders of Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) will vote on financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2019 in the ordinary general meeting that will be held on Nov. 23, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the board report and discharge board members from liabilities for the same period.

 

Shareholders registered in the Tadawulaty system will be able to participate and vote on the agenda items through as of Friday, Nov. 19.
