Sakani says 175,500 families benefited from housing solutions until October

A total of 175,520 households benefited from the various housing solutions offered by the Ministry of Housing’s Sakani program until October 2021, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

A total of 149,620 families already moved into their new homes, Sakani said in a statement. This included families that benefited from the subsidized mortgage options to buy ready-made units and the self-construction product.

 

The program also issued 575,130 real estate tax certificates on behalf of first-time homebuyers until October 2021.

 

The report also features the construction development in 82 projects, including more than 100,000 under construction residential units across the Kingdom.
