Albilad Saudi Sovereign Sukuk ETF’s board member resigns

Albilad Saudi Sovereign Sukuk ETF’s board member, Ehab Mahmoud Hassoubah, (dependent member) resigned from the fund’s board of directors effective Dec. 27, fund manager Albilad Capital said in a bourse filing.

 

The board of directors, after the change, include Zaid Muhammad Al-Mufarih (dependent – Chairman), Haytham Sulaiman Al-Suhaimi (dependent), Khalid Muhammad Al-Sharif (independent) and Omar Ali Bassal (independent).
