Al Jouf Cement announce resignation of an audit committee member

Al Jouf Cement Co. announced the resignation of Saad S. A. Hudayb, a member of the board’s audit committee, due to his work engagements, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The resignation is effective from Dec. 23, 2022, the statement added.
