Qassim Cement names Muhammad Al Dawood as Chairman, Muteb Al Shathri as Vice Chairman

Qassim Cement Co.'s board of directors approved, on Jan. 13, to appoint Muhammad Al Dawood as Chairman and Muteb Al Shathri as Vice Chairman, it said in a bourse statement.

 

In addition, the board formed the executive committee, headed by Muhammad Al Dawood, with Muteb Al Shathri, Saad Al Mashouh, Ghazi Al Rawi, and Omar Al Omar as members.

 

The board also formed the nominations and remunerations committee, headed by Abdulrahman Al Rawwaf, with Tariq Al Marshoud and Fahd Al-Zahrani as members.

 

The audit committee was formed for the new three-year term that started on Jan. 1, during the ordinary general meeting, held on Dec. 30, 2021.
