FIPCO shareholders to vote on new audit committee formation on Feb. 17

Filling and Packing Materials Manufacturing Co. (FIPCO) shareholders will vote on forming an audit committee for the new session starting Feb. 17, 2022, until Dec. 31, 2024, at the annual general meeting slated on Feb. 17.

They will also vote on defining the committee’s duties, work regulations and member remunerations for the new session.

The e-voting on the agenda items will start from Feb. 14 through Tadawulaty services.
