Northern Cement names new audit committee member

Northern Region Cement Co. appointed Faisal Al Sugair (independent) as chairman and member of the audit committee today, Jan. 30, 2022, until March 5, 2023.

 

He replaced Khalid bin Abdulaziz Alarifi resigned effective immediately, citing personal reasons.

 

The appointment will be presented for approval at the upcoming ordinary general assembly.
