National Gypsum says board membership nominations started on Feb. 17

National Gypsum Co. opened, on Feb. 17, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting April 10, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until March 17, 2022, the statement added.
