Tadawul sees 21 negotiated deals worth SAR 640.3 mln on Wednesday

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) registered 21 negotiated deals today, March 16, at a total value of SAR 640.3 million.
These include a deal on 10.5 million shares of The Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance Co. (MEDGULF), representing 10% of the company’s shares, with a total value of SAR 164.1 million.
Bank AlJazira also saw a transaction on 13.1 million shares, accounting for 1.6% of its total shares of 820 million. The deal had a value of SAR 324.4 million.
A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
