FIPCO shareholders to vote on new audit committee formation on May 26

Shareholders of Filling and Packing Materials Manufacturing Co. (FIPCO) will vote on the audit committee formation during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for May 26, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will also vote on audited financial statements, as well as the board and auditor’s reports for 2021.

 

Online voting on the agenda items will start from May 23 via Tadawulaty services.
