FIPCO shareholders approve 2021 financial, board reports

Filing and Packing Materials Manufacturing Co.’s (FIPCO) shareholders approved the board as well as the auditor’s reports and consolidated financial statements for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on May 26, according to a bourse filing.  

 

Shareholders also appointed an external auditor to review financial results for Q2, Q3, Q4 2022, and Q1 2023.
