The General Authority for Competition (GAC) detected the collusion of many establishments in several government projects at a total value of over SAR 1 billion, Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported, citing Chairman Ahmed Alkholifey.
These establishments were slapped with fines of over SAR 35 million. GAC investigated violations and conspiracies of more than 156 entities across the Kingdom.
On the other hand, Alkholifey, during the Fair Competition Forum held in Riyadh, pointed to the Kingdom’s financial sustainability program to achieve structural reforms in line with Vision 2030.
