Ladun shareholders start e-voting on EGM agenda today

Ladun Investment Co. will start today, Aug. 24, the e-voting on the agenda items of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), slated for Aug. 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on electing a new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, ending on Aug. 27, 2025, according to Argaam
