Saudi Parts Center appoints Abdullah Al-Khorayef as Chairman, Fahad Al-Khorayef Managing Director

 Saudi Parts Center Co.’s (SPC) board of directors appointed Abdullah Ibrahim Alkhorayef, as chairma and Abdullah Hamad Alkhorayef as Vice Chairman.

 

According to a statement on Tadawul, the company also named Fahad Mohammed Alkhorayef Managing Director.

 

The board accepted last week the resignation of Mohammad Abdullah Alkhorayef as a non-executive board member and chairman of the company due to personal reasons, Argaam earlier reported.
