Northern Cement opens board membership nominations today

Northern Region Cement Co. opened today, Nov. 13, nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year session starting March 16, 2023, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until Dec. 13, 2022, the statement added.
