Saudi Top Trading announces resignation, appointment of board member

Saudi Top Trading Co.’s independent board member Salem Eid Alotaiabi submitted his resignation on Jan. 2, citing personal reasons, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation is effective Jan. 3, the statement added.

 

Accordingly, the company’s board appointed Omar Abdullah Alkhorashi as independent board member starting from Jan. 4, 2023, subject to the approval of the general assembly.

 

Alkhorashi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University, and has more than 15 years of experience in real estate, project management, and industrial investments, the statement added.
