Sure shareholders to vote on 20% cash dividend for 2022 on June 12

Shareholders of Sure Global Tech Co. will vote on the board’s recommendation to pay a 20% cash dividend, or SAR 2 per share, for 2022, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for June 12, according to a statement to Tadawul.
