Equipment House shareholders elect board members for 3-year term

Scientific & Medical Equipment House Co.’s (Equipment House) shareholders approved the election of new board members for the upcoming three-year term ending July 30, 2026, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) on July 31, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected members are Basil Al-Arifi and Bandar Al-Arifi (non-executive), Barakat Al-Arifi (executive), as well as Mohamed Al-Hogail, Hassan Al-Jishi and Munir Al-Sari (independent).

 

The elected board members are the non-executive members Basil Al-Arifi, Bandar Al-Arifi, the executive member Barakat Al-Arifi, and the independent members Mohamed Al-Hogail, Hassan Al-Jishi and Munir Al-Sari.
