Edaa implements securities quantity increase for Obeikan Glass

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented securities quantity increase for Obeikan Glass Co. on the center’s accounts of eligible securities holders today, Nov. 28.

 

Last week, the company’s shareholders approved increasing capital by 33.3% to SAR 320 million through a 1-for-3 bonus share distribution, Argaam reported.
