Jabal Omar renames Saeed Alghamdi as Chairman

Jabal Omar Development Co. announced the appointment of Saeed Alghamdi as Chairman and Thaleb Alshamrani as Vice Chairman, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

On June 9, shareholders elected nine board members for the next four-year term starting June 30, 2024, according to data available with Argaam.
