Knowledge Tower board recommends transfer of statutory reserve to retained earnings

Knowledge Tower Trading Co.’s board of directors recommended on Aug. 6, to transfer the statutory reserve balance amounting to SAR 897,223 to the retained earnings, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The statutory reserve is based on the annual financial statements ended on March 31, 2024, the statement added.
