Quara Finance shareholders elect board members for new term

Quara Finance Co.’s shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the new term, during ordinary general assembly (OGM) held on Sept. 11.

 

The new three-year term will end on Sept. 10, 2027, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected board includes, Abdullah Al-Shilash, Tariq Al-Jarallah, Khalid Faqih, Abdulrahman Al-Misned, Mohammed Al-Malki, Tarek Zeitoun, Abdulkarim Al-Doaiji and Anand Raheja.
