Knowledge Tower shareholders to vote on transfer of SAR 897,220 to retained earnings on Oct. 13

Shareholders of Knowledge Tower Trading Co. will vote on transferring SAR 897,220 in statutory reserve to the retained earnings balance of SAR 1.38 billion during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for Oct. 13.

They will also discuss authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividends on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
