NCLE says FY change to apply from July 31, 2024

National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) announced in a statement to Tadawul that its fiscal year (FY) would end on July 31 instead of Aug. 31, effective as of FY ended on July 31, 2024.

This came during a general meeting held subsequent to the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that convened in February 2024.

 

The company announced in July plans to change its fiscal year through issuing audited financial statements for the current shortened fiscal year of 11 months from Sept. 1, 2023, to July 31, 2024.

 

The statements will be issued within the regulatory publishing deadline that ends on Oct. 31, 2024, data compiled with Argaam showed.
