Bawan likely to sign acquisition deal with Petronash Holding next month

Bawan Co. announced that the signing of the agreement to acquire all shares of Petronas Holding Ltd. has been delayed to October 2024 due to ongoing procedures related to the deal, according to a Tadawul statement.

The deal was initially scheduled for Sept. 30, 2024.Top of FormBottom of Form.

 

There are no changes to the costs, as all the expenses associated with the deal have already been accounted for. 

 

 According to data available with Argaam, Bawan signed a binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Petronash Global Ltd. this month to fully acquire Petronash Holding Ltd.
