MOBI board suspends quarterly dividend distribution mechanism

MOBI Industry Co.'s board of directors decided today, Oct. 3, to suspend the dividend distribution mechanism announced on Nov. 9, 2023, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

The mechanism indicated the company's commitment to distribute quarterly dividends until a new mechanism is approved, in line with the company's strategic objectives, the best standards, and the best financial efficiency to achieve the best appropriate return for shareholders.
