GO receives GAC’s approval to acquire 51% stake in Ejad Tech

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) received, on Oct. 6, a “no notification required certificate” from the General Authority for Competition (GAC) for acquiring a 51% share in Ejad Tech Co.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it will announce any developments regarding the transaction, in accordance with the relevant laws and instructions.

 

According to data available on Argaam, GO signed, on Sept. 14, a binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) to acquire a 51% equity stake in Ejad Tech for SAR 86.7 million.
