Saudi Chemical CEO steps down

Saudi Chemical Co.’s board of directors accepted today, Nov 5, the resignation of CEO Thamer AlMuhid, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

AlMuhid will remain a board member, it added.

The resignation came upon AlMuhid’s request, effective as of Feb. 28, 2025, according to the statement.

 

The company will announce any updates regarding the appointment of a new or acting CEO in due course.
