Amwaj board proposes 10% dividend for 2023

The board of directors of Amwaj International Co. recommended the payment of a 10% cash dividend, or SAR 1 a share, for 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Amwaj paid dividends at 15% of the capital (SAR 1.5 per share) for H1 2023, bringing distribution in 2023 to SAR 2.5 per share (25% of capital).
