Edaa implements capital hike on Paper Home

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) applied the increase in the number of Paper Home Co.’s shares to the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Nov. 28, according to a Tadawul statement.

Paper Home’s shareholders approved on Nov. 27 raising the company’s capital by way of a 33% bonus share distribution (1-for-3) through capitalizing SAR 5 million from the retained earnings account, Argaam reported.
