SAMA Water reappoints Abdullah Tubayqi Chairman, Yasser Duwairi Deputy

SAMA Healthy Water Factory Co.'s board of directors reappointed Abdullah Tubayqi as Chairman and Yasser Duwairi as Vice Chairman, according to a Tadawul statement.

The board also decided to appoint Mohammed Duwairi as CEO.

 

A board secretary was appointed and the audit committee was formed to include Ahmed Masoud as Chairman, as well as the following members, Yasser Hashem and Siraj Dokhn.

 

The nomination and remuneration committee was established, with Muayad Duwairi as Chairman, and Abdullah Tubayqi and Radwan Al-Sayegh as members.

 

Further, the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority were appointed, including Abdullah Tubayqi and Mohammed Duwairi.
