Foods Gate notified on major shareholder’s ownership change

Foods Gate Trading Co. received on Jan. 19 a letter from Abdulilah Saad Aldrees, a major shareholder, who owns 240,000 shares representing 11.42% of the company’s shares.

Aldrees transferred his entire shares to his wife and children.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that this will result in a change in the list of direct major shareholders on Tadawul website.

 

According to major shareholder ownership changes on Jan. 19, Aldrees exited Foods Gate, while the stake of his wife and children increased, Argaam data showed.
