CATRION reappoints Al Sarhan as Chairman, Moussa as Vice Chairman

CATRION Catering Holding Co.’s board of directors reappointed today, Jan. 27, Mohammed Al Sarhan as Chairman and Fahad Moussa as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company added that the board decided to appoint Wajdy Al Ghabban as Managing Director.

 

The board also formed the audit, executive and nominations & remuneration committees, and named the secretary of the board of directors, as well as the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all related purposes.
