Mulkia Investment shareholders elect board members for upcoming term

Mulkia Investment Co.’s shareholders elected member of the board of directors for the upcoming four-year term starting on March 11, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 10.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the newly elected board includes Ibrahim Alhudaithi, Sultan Alhudaithi, Mazen Alhumaid, Majed Alnafie, Ziad Alyousef and Mutlaq Almutlaq.
