Jarir shareholders elect board members for new term

Jarir Marketing Co.’s shareholders elected board members for the upcoming four-year term starting March 9, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on March 5, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The new board members are Muhammad Alagil, Abdulkrim Alagil, Nasser Alagil, Muhammad Alagil, Muhammed Al-Dahesh, Fahd Al Qassem, Mohammed Al-Hussain and Mohammed Al-Grenees.
