Derayah Financial debuts on TASI today at SAR 30/share

Derayah Financial starts trading on the Main Market (TASI) today, March 10, under the symbol 4084 and ISIN Code SA1690F1VQ15, at a price of SAR 30 per share.
The stock will trade in the first three days with a daily price fluctuation limit of +/-30% and a static limit of +/-10%. From the fourth trading day onwards, the daily price fluctuation limits will revert to +/-10%, while the static price fluctuation limits will no longer apply.
Derayah Financial is the third listing on the Main Market in 2025 after Almoosa Health Co. on Jan. 7 and Nice One on Jan. 8.

With Derayah Financial, the number of companies listed on TASI reached 232, along with 19 real estate traded funds.
Derayah Financial offered 49.95 million shares, or 20% of its capital, according to Argaam data. The company allocated 90% of the shares on offer to institutional investors, while the remaining 10% was set aside for retail investors.
The retail IPO was 15.1x covered, with retail requests of nearly SAR 2.26 billion.
Meanwhile, institutional investors’ IPO was 162x oversubscribed. A minimum of eight shares were allocated to each investor, while the remaining shares will be allocated on a pro-rata basis, with an average allocation factor of 0. 4299%.
