2P finalizes procedures for SAR 86M project with MoH, awaits ministerial nod

Perfect Presentation Co. for Commercial Services Co. (2P) completed all procedures related to its contract for the operation and maintenance of the digital infrastructure for 48 hospitals in Central Province, awaiting final approval from the Ministry of Health (MoH).

 

In a statement to Tadawul today, March 10, the company said it will duly disclose any material developments in this regard.

According to data available on Argaam, 2P was awarded in August 2024 a contract by the MoH's General Bureau to operate and maintain the digital infrastructure for 48 hospitals in Central Province.

 

The contract, valued at SAR 85.96 million (including VAT), is expected to fuel a positive financial impact from 2024 to 2029.
