WSM board seeks to end current term early

WSM Information Technology Co.’s board of directors recommended, on March 11, to end the current board term ahead of schedule on Sept. 20, 2025.

 

The current five-year term is slated to end on Sep. 20, 2026, the company said in statement to Tadawul.

The board’s recommendation aims to align the subsequent board sessions to four years, in accordance with the new Companies Law and the company’s bylaws.

 

The decision is subject to shareholders’ approval, the statement added.
