Arabian Drilling restructures board committees

Arabian Drilling Co.’s board of directors decided, on March 15, the reformation and reappointing of the current members of the board committees, including audit committee, nomination & remuneration committee and the executive committee, until the end of the term that started today, March 16.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the audit committee was restructured to include Khlood Aldukheil (Chairperson), Vijay Kasibhatla and Mustafa Abdul Latif.

Aldukheil holds a bachelor’s degree in international finance, along with several professional certificates. She has more than 30 years of experience in many administrative and executive positions, membership and chairing of committees and boards of directors, the statement added.

Kasibhatla holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Andhra Pradesh University, India. He has extensive management and financial expertise in a number of global companies.

Abdul Latif holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and planning from King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia. He has more than 30 years of experience in many administrative positions in governance, compliance, risk and internal audit in addition to his membership in many boards subcommittees of other companies.
