Shareholders of BinDawood Holding Co. elected board members for the upcoming four-year term staring on May 8, 2025, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 19.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the newly elected board includes Abdulrazzaq BinDawood, AbdulKhaliq BinDawood, Khalid BinDawood, Ahmad BinDawood, Tariq BinDawood, Abdurahman Al Barrak, Faris Alhumaid, Khalid Altawil and Wassim Alkhatib.
