Almujtama board recommends no dividend for 2024

Almujtama Alraida Medical Co.’s board of directors recommended on March 20 that no dividends will be disbursed for 2024.

 

The dividend freeze is aimed at supporting the company’s expansion plan, Almujtama said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The recommendation will be submitted for approval in the upcoming shareholder meeting.

The company’s net profit dropped 30% to SAR 7.9 million in 2024 from SAR 11.4 million a year earlier, Argaam reported.

 

Since its listing in November 2023, Almujtama has paid no dividends to shareholders.
