Al Battal Factory shareholders elect new board members

Al Battal Factory for Chemical Industries Co.’s shareholders approved electing new board members for the upcoming four-year term, starting March 30, 2025, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on March 26, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected board members are Khaled Al-Dosari, Bassam Al-Dosari, Saad Al-Dosari, Ahmed Al-Zahid and Ali Al-Humaidan, the statement added
