SIDC unable to disclose 2024 financials on time

Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) will not disclose its financial results for 2024 within the specified deadline.

The company is still in discussions with the external auditor on completing the review of 2024 annual consolidated financial statements, according to a statement to Tadawul today, March 27.

SIDC added the financial results will be posted on the Tadawul website as soon as this audit work is finalized, supposedly before April 20.

Procedures for trading suspension of listed securities will apply to SIDC shares, based on the listing rules approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul as of April 3.

The company will announce monthly updates regarding the inability to publish the financial results, with a commitment to duly announce any significant developments.

SIDC stressed that this financial disclosure delay does not relate in any way to its operations or any of its subsidiaries.
