KnowledgeNet unable to report 2024 financials on time

KnowledgeNet Co. said it cannot disclose its financial results for 2024 within the specified deadline.

 

Discussions are ongoing with the external auditor regarding certain accounting treatments for specific items in the financial statements, KnowledgeNet said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company affirmed that this delay is not related to any material events affecting its continuity but is part of the technical verification process to ensure the quality and accuracy of disclosure in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

 

The management is working intensively with the external auditor and the audit committee to complete this process.

 

KnowledgeNet expects to disclose its annual results on April 20.

 

The company is working on finalizing the financial statements with the external auditor and will publish them once approved.

 

Procedures for trading suspension of listed securities will apply.
